Default ShieldsUP! - Gibson Research Center

    https://www.grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2

It's many years since I got to know Gibson Research's tools and Forums. One of the tools I use now and then is ShieldsUP! to check how secure my ports are; that my firewall is doing a good job or not. Perhaps not to many people know of this, but now you know And while you're there don't forget to check out other security related stuff.

ShieldsUP! only tests your firewall for INCOMING connections.

if you want to check for OUTGOING connections, start with Gibsons LeakTest.
Then use Comodos LeakTest (CLT) and see how useless most firewalls are, regarding blocking unauthorized OUTGOING connections.

do a search in the forum, i have tested several firewalls with CLT....

a long story, short version: get Online Armor or Comodo !

I expect those going there to check out LeakTest as well. I can confirm that Comodo stops it.
