Default Windows Security COM Surrogate popup

Hello, recently, within the last few days, everytime I boot up my laptop, I have a HP Pavilion Notebook - 17-f215dx with Windows 10 Version 1607. But lately when ever I log into my account for my computer, I and windows loads, I get a pop up message that at the top of the pop up, it says that it is Windows Security, then it says COM Surrogate, then below that it says it is connecting to *my email address* then it shows my computer user name, then a black spot for my computer password.

Is this something that I should be concerend about?

The dllhost.exe process goes by the name COM Surrogate and the term itself is pretty generic.

Scan your PC with your antivirus software.

Are you using any 3rd-party security software? If so disable it and see if that helps.

Boot your computer in Clean Boot State and then try to manually troubleshoot the issue. You will have to find the offending process manually. Clean-boot troubleshooting is designed to isolate a performance problem.
