    Smile Toolbars on the Taskbar.

I don't realy have any prob's with the toolbars, I use them like popout menus for all my game, programs and web links.

I was wondering if there is a way to remove the little arrows below the name of the toolbar and have the toolbar have the same properties as the arrows ie:- highlighted on mouse over and clickable. The arrows just get on my nerves they look so untidy.

I put shortcut on my desktop but I have so many links that I'd need 2 monitors to show them all.

I have a wide screen laptop and I use vista's sidebar for a lot of things as well so no luck putting any link there.
