    Default thanks

I tried this before having to download some files for it - guess it was built in, anyway I run Windows 7 and this or nothing else kills processes the hang. Sometimes it is a browser or at the moment Corel Paint - they lock up and gray out and it does not disturb other running programs but the only way to rest them is to reboot - hard as the computer will not shut down as it cannot kill the hung process.

Have not been able to figure out another way to kill them.

    Default What about opposite?

    Hello!

I am new here and I couldn't find an answer to my question so I will try here.

Can you make the opposite of the 'taskkill' command?

Example: I want to open FireFox, but I want to be cool and do it using command prompt.

Is there some kind of command such as 'taskstart /pid xxxx' or anything like that? And if so, how would I be able to find out what the PID is if it is not running?
