    Default Alt+F4 Shutdown window

    Hi
    the Alt+F4 shutdown wimndow would it be possible to create a desktop shortcut to open the shutdown window it really is much nicer then the shutdown options in start menu in win 7

    I found this on a google search and was very unhappy to see that the OP didn't care about helping others. Luckly, I've found the answer myself and here it is:
