Make 3 lines of text display at all times on a desktop icon?

Is there a way to make 3 lines of text display at all times on a desktop icon on Windows 7? I downloaded Windows Ultimate Tweaker but I don't see anything there that controls it. I've done some extensive googling and found other threads asking the same question but no good answer. The only thing close is to adjust the horizontal spacing. This does allow for more characters per line, but doesn't look good. I really just want Windows to display 3 lines of text on a long name even after you click another icon.
