Apart from offering an option to skip the Start Screen and boot directly to Desktop mode, Windows 8.1 lets a separate setting run into a “All Apps” view mode on Start screen. The view displays all your installed apps. To boot to All Apps View in Windows 8.1 directly, follow these instrucions.

When in the Desktop mode, right-click on the Taskbar, select “Properties” from the content menu.

Next, Go to the “Navigation” tab and check the “Show the Apps view automatically when I go to Start” option.

Also uncheck “Go to desktop instead of Start when I sign in“.

Now, Click “Apply” and then hit the “OK” button.

Reboot for your computer!
