Default Large details view of Windows Explorer

I installed Windows 2008 evaluation version, actually just for seeing
    what are new , yesterday.

As you see on this screen capture, the Explorer above displays a
"large details" view (I don't know the correct term). I both set the
two Explorer's view to "Details" but only the top one showed in that
view. Is the large detailed view available on Windows Vista?

All views of file and folders are available in Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008.

Thank you. But how can I set the view (Large details, the upper part
of the image) in Windows Vista?

Toolbar contains a split button VIEW , click on its context menu and choose your appropriate view for folders.

You can set your view to all folder by following these steps...
    First set your View
Click on Organize >> Folder and Search Options
Move to View tab and click on Apply to Folders

I'm sorry, but have you ever seen the screen capture I had included?

What I want is that view which the upper Explorer has. I know how
change views but I don't know how to set the large details view on
Windows Vista. Actually, the view modes which are displayed on the
Views drop down in Windows 2008 and Windows Vista are the same. It
looks like even on Windows 2008, the large details view only works on
some special folders like Pictures and Music.
