    and did you solve the problem? I'm experiencing the same issues and can't
    find a solution...

    have you tried checking the the Power Options (current power plan of your
    laptop)?

    You responded to an old thread without quoting the original. While you may
    see it on the web forum, it actually just slurps messages from Microsoft's
    newsservers where the messages are not held forever. Therefore, most of us
    trying to help cannot see what you are referring to. Please create a new
