    It's a default folder. Just leave it or assign it to something else.

    Windows OS have a set of subfolders in My Documents folder like "My Picture". If you delete these subfolders, Windows will automatically recreate them after restart. To stop Windows from recreating these subfolders every time, follow this:

    Start -->> Run -->> type regsvr32 /u mydocs.dll -->> OK

    Now Delete "My Picture" folder.

    If you want to reverse this action, follow this step:
    Start -->> run -->> type -->> regsvr32 mydocs.dll -->> ok

    This works on XP, not sure about Vista

    @v3loc1ty

    Ravi's solution might help you. Incase you couldn't do that,follow below guide:
    Firs of all,as far as I know,Windows doesn't let you delete the picture or music folder because those folders are being used in Windows.Before you delete Picture folder you need to do two things.
    1.Remove picuture folder from Start menu(if it's there)
    2.Next open WMP,Tools > Options> Library > Monitor Folder
    3.Here you need to remove Picture folder from the list.Remove all picture folders and click ok.
    4.Now go back and delete Picture folder.As far as I know, Windows will not create Picture folder again.

    In my system it works fine.So should work for you as well.Please let me know what you have done.

    I will post a guide about this in a day or two.
