    Default Any way to lock context menu ?

    how can i "lock" in my menus when i access them? like when i openup some file menus.. when iam dragging some files via another file or flash drive, the menu goes off the screen and have to bring it back

    He is asking about the right-click menu. That is, he want to lock the right-click menu so that it should not disappear if you use the mouse for any other purpose

    No there is no way to lock down the context menu to continue to make it appear, even when you move/click your cursor elsewhere, afaik.

    And what does the image trying to 'say' ?

    If I have got correct you, then I think you are looking for this:

    Go to Tools > Folder Options > View > Always show menus. Sorry if you are looking for something else.
