Check if latest version of Flash is installed and enabled. Also see if you have ad/flash blockers blocking them.
I have flash and java enabled and have turned off pop up blockers, stiil the same, and have tried it with stopzilla turned off, still the same, any other suggestions?

Hi Tony are you trying to do them in Firefox or IE, because somethings do not work in firefox but do in IE. Can I suggest that you try in IE![]()
1) Clear your Browser cache. Use CCleaner.
2) Clear your Java Cache.
Start Menu > Control Panel > Java > General > Temporary Internet Files > Settings Click on Delete Files > OK.
Hope it helps.
I'm using IE7,and have cleared caches with cc,its very strange, I uninstalled java then reinstalled it- ok,but when I clcked on a virtual tour the java icon vanished? and got the redx box again?
Hi Tony just a thought as you've tried IE7 try firefox. If that doesn't work either try doing a check disk with automatic repair that way you know that it's not a system problem. If none of these things work come back here because I am sure that someone else will have the solution![]()
Thanks I'll try that.
Still not working??
Can you give us a link to a sample website? I don't have SunJava installed on this machine so it would be interesting to see what I get.
