Default Have to shrink my 290GB Vista OS partition to 59.5 GB - How?

I tried to shrink it with disk management, but it would not work. I know Gparted would probably do it, but i am no linux expert and I am not sure whether it is safe to use. Any suggestions for a "third" way?

Thanks Anand. Do you happen to know which one does NOT damage the installed Vista (since we are talking about my OS partition). I know Gparted does and you have to subsequently fix Vista with the installation disk - which is an additional pain.

Edit: Just tried Easeus. It destroyed my Vista partition, but I could fix it and now I am back to square1. It did not resize anything.

Neither of them are Free for 64bit.

I have this problem and was hoping one of these would help fix it.
I tried to disable page files and snapshots, but neither worked.

Just for the record. I tried Easeus and it completely destroyed my Vista partition. Fortunately I had taken a Norton Ghost image before. So quick recovery was no problem.
