    Default Issue with com's theme

my computer had got a problem with it's theme, it just cant seems to load Window Aero theme. I tried every single way I knew of, but still unable to get everything back to normal.

I cant seems to find the Window Aero theme from the theme setting, although the theme file itself is still in my PC.
When i tried Start-> Run -> services.msc -> Themes, i cant start it as well, it will keep saying Window could not start the theme service on local computer. Error 126: The specified module could not be found.

anyone know how to solve this?

At the end of the first post it suggest creating a new user profile and transferring your data over to the new profile. Did you try that?

ok....I have a solution for you. You installed and uninstalled Vista OS X shell pack, that modified your system files and may be messed up. try it....

Run CMD as Administrator (Elevated Command Prompt)
    and execute the following command.

    SFC /SCANNOW

It'll check all system files integrity and signatures and replace them with new binaries.

After this run Services.msc and check for Desktop Window Manager Session Manager service is running or not...

If not...then Start it. and change the Theme

No Problem buddy we are always available to help you......

to check about windows desktop manager service,
open task manager by right clicking on taskbar, then check that WDM process is running or not, then click on services tab and then check the status of themes service. Check the Images....
