Vista...the missing Language tab?

Just now, I have seemed to have lost my Language tab in my Regional and Language window....



I'm sure there are others out there with this un-noticed problem...

Is there some way to get to this tab or something?

I'm trying to turn off the Advanced Text Services if that helps

Well, your Regional and Language options windows looks exactly like mine.

But you cant turn off Advanced Text Services in Vista. There's is no such setting there.

In XP you could, but not anymore in Vista, via even the Text services and input languages window. Its just one of those things, MS decided to do away with in Vista.
