Windows could not connect to Group Policy Client services
im trying to open a program using ''Run as Administrator'' but windows say ''The system could not find the environment that was entered'' please HELP ME!!!!...
And another problem is ''Windows could not connect to Group Policy Client services''
I have got the same errormessage a couple of times recently, when i right-click on a desktop-icon (shortcut to CMD), on W7 64-bit.
This has never happened before so i´m starting to wonder if it might be caused by a Microsoft update recently....
If i try a second time, just a few seconds later, then it works normally.
This has only happened with the shortcut to CMD, never with any other program.
I assume you have both a STANDARD and an ADMIN account ?
Logout from the STANDARD-account, then login to your ADMIN-account.
Start CMD.
Enter set.
Look for the paths for TMP & TEMP.
Are those correct, pointing to an existing folder ?
Can you access (open) that / those folder(s) ?
